Shipping & Returns

International Orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS

     Shipping is provided by UPS and will be sent with a "SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY."  UPS will attempt 3 deliveries and will be sent back to the shipper if unsuccessful.  Buy will be responsible for additional shipping to receive the product again. 

CJT Supply, LLC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST ITEMS DURING TRANSIT.




PLEASE DO NOT SEND RETURNS WITHOUT FIRST CONTACTING US BY PHONE OR E-MAIL. FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS IN MY RESPONSE IN ORDER TO RECEIVE PROPER CREDIT.

    * Map cards and software are not returnable, if defective they can be returned for replacement with the exact same item.
    * No returns will be accepted if the serial number / UPC code is removed from the box for the item.
    * No returns will be accepted after 20 days receipt.
    * No returns will be accepted if the whole package contents are not included in the return.
    * No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number (RMA) and permission from CJT Supply, LLC.
    * No returns will be accepted if the order is refused upon receipt.
    * Exchanges are ok but you must have an RMA for the original item and it must be in unopened new condition.  Shipping will apply to both orders.  You should request an RMA and place the new order online that you are exchanging.  We will refund the first purchase once it has been received back at our warehouse.
    * We reserve the right to modify our return policies at any time without notice.
    * We are always happy to work with you to resolve any issues you may have.

DEFECTIVE RETURN ITEMS
PLEASE CONTACT THE MANUFACTURER FIRST TO SEE IF THEY CAN HELP BEFORE YOU CONTACT US. Within 20 days of receipt of your order please e-mail me with your name, order number, and reason for return. We will then provide you with a RMA (return merchandise authorization number) and return instructions. NOTE: some manufactures will NOT provide replacements for defective items. They ask that the item be returned to them for repair. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Special order items are non-returnable. If you have a question on which items are special order email me to find out. You are resposible for any return shipping charges.

NON-DEFECTIVE RETURN ITEMS
If you wish to return any of CJT Supply, LLC's non-defective products, excluding special item and software orders, we will refund any purchase within 20 days of receipt for any reason, minus return shipping and a 10% restocking fee (this is usually not applied unless the return is not received in unopened new condition). You need to e-mail us with the order number, your name, and item being returned for a refund. We will then issue you return instructions. Once the item and its contents have been returned in their proper condition, we will then refund your account for the full purchase price before shipping charges and applicable restocking fees (if any). Returned orders will not be accepted without a RMA number nor will orders which were refused upon delivery! Shipping charges are non-refundable. Special order items, maps and software are NOT returnable. Call or email to find out which items are special orders.

SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. RETURN SHIPPING IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER NOT CJT Supply, LLC

WARRANTY SERVICE
All of the products from the manufacturers CJT Supply, LLC sells hold to the strictest standards of quality control, and all of the products CJT Supply, LLC sells are fully warranted by the manufacturer. If by chance you receive a product which is defective, the manufacturer's warranty information and service address will be clearly marked on or in the package you receive. If your product is damaged in shipping, the issue can quickly be resolved by notifying the shipping company all orders are fully insured. Many of the manufacturers have warranty & service information on their web sites.
